At Zitomer Pharmacy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion and accessory purchases. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer care team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the merchandise is in unworn, original condition.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
